Inside IMGL Belgrade 2026 B2B sessions at St. Regis Belgrade

This August, the very first IMGL 2026 – the largest regional luxury travel event ever held in Belgrade – brought together over 30 luxury exhibitors from Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia, Slovenia, Greece and Turkey, and roughly 60 hand-picked luxury travel advisors from the United States and North America. Entrusted by Ina Rodin and Bojan Petković, I was proudly in charge with the full organisation and production of the event,
while at the same time managing every logistical element of the programme across two days of structured, rotating one-on-one B2B meetings. The sessions were held at the stunning Astor ballroom at St. Regis 5* Belgrade – a deliberate choice that set the tone from the first moment. The layout, the seating configuration, the schedule and every production detail were designed to maximise the quality of each individual meeting while maintaining the momentum of a full day of back-to-back introductions. Rotating formats live or die by precision, so every transition was an intentional communication decision, and every detail of the physical
environment was treated accordingly. Six countries with distinct identities, landscapes and luxury hospitality offerings presented themselves not as isolated destinations but as a coherent regional proposition. A travel advisor planning a two-week itinerary combining the Adriatic coast, the mountains of Montenegro, the cultural depth of Belgrade and the islands of Greece could build that journey from a single conversation. The hosting hotels – The Bristol Belgrade, Saint Ten Hotel and Square Nine – alongside presenting partner St. Regis Belgrade, provided the physical proof of concept that words alone cannot deliver.
